Management System for Co-Editors-in-Chief

This system helps the Co-Editors-in-Chief to manage on-line review. Special accounts are provided to the Co-Editors-in-Chief only.

The system includes several functions below:

Assign Papers

Use this function to assign up to 5 referees for each submitted paper. Each time a paper is assigned, an e-mail will be sent to the assigned referee (click on the send e-mail button).

Archive 
Use this function to see all closed papers. The Open button is to re-open the case.
Referee Status
This function checks the review progress of each referee.
Review Status
This function checks the review status of each paper.
Associate editors
Use this system to see all associate editors, and to add a new associate editor (Co-Editors-in-Chief use only).
Referees
Use this system to see all referees, and to add a new referee.
Papers
Use this function to look at the submission record of each paper.
Authors
Use this system to see all authors.
Announcement
Use this system to make an announcement via e-mail to all Associate Editors and Referees.
News 
This system allows an associate editor or co-editor-in-chief to post news.
Record update
Use this to update your personal record.
